Alison C. Holder

Identifying patterns, root causes and creating unique solutions to enhance operating environments is Alison’s strength. Whether consulting for private sector enterprises or government agencies, research-based strategies are a hallmark of Alison’s professional track record.

As an practitioner in the international business and development sectors, her global mindset is evidenced by the export expansion plans which she has developed for regional brands.

Troubled projects are her specialty. With keen insights and a grounding in PMP and Agile SCRUM, Alison has designed and led diverse projects for donor institutions and international clients.

Mentoring young entrepreneurs, through the Barbados Entrepreneurship Foundation is Alison’s contribution to the sustainability of the SME culture in Barbados. Continuous improvement is more than a tag line it is LIFE.

Gregney Holder

Resource management is a key pillar of his experience in sales, distribution, new business development and industry research.

Coaching high performance teams is his superpower, as he has led regional teams to achieve incredible targets while maintaining positive team dynamics.

As an accomplished training facilitator, Gregney has attained global
certifications in project management, sales and marketing and business analysis. These skill sets have been pivotal in the evolution of KBDI as an
