My name is Lawrence Cumberbatch. In 2014, I was the project manager in Barbados at the Barbados Water Authority for the US$50 million Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) funded Water & Sanitation Systems Upgrade Project. I was planning to emigrate to the United States and, based on my research, it was recognized that it would be prudent to obtain the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
In searching for a PMI registered education provider, I was directed to TenStep, Inc (now the Kaizen Learning Institute) headed by Ms. Alison Holder. The PMP preparation course was offered over a three (3) month period in the fourth quarter of 2014. Substantial resources and learning materials were provided and the course was presented in an organized and systematic manner, resulting in a sustainable understanding of the content.
I fully emigrated to the USA in June 2015 and successfully took the exam in October 2015. Prior to taking the examination I reached out to Alison and was able to use her company’s online resources in my preparation for the exam. Those resources were critical to my success.
I currently work as a project manager at one of the largest water and wastewater utilities in the United States and having the PMP designation was a significant contributor to my securing full-time employment.
Moreover, the knowledge and techniques that were acquired during the preparation for the PMP exam have proven to be invaluable in the successful execution of my job.
It is my very strong recommendation that anyone who wish to be properly prepared for the PMP exam should attend the Kaizen Learning Institute as it would provide you with the same great foundation for success, as was provided for me.
